1. Introduction

Welcome to Fillture, operated by Aethorn Labs. By accessing or using our website and services at fillture.io, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use Fillture.

2. Service Description

Fillture is an AI-powered form builder. You can create forms using natural language prompts, edit them, collect responses, and optionally export them to Google Forms.

3. Accounts

You sign in using Google OAuth. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.

4. Google Forms Integration

Fillture offers an optional integration with Google Forms. By connecting your Google account, you authorize Fillture to:

• Create new Google Forms from your Fillture form definitions
• Update Google Forms you previously exported from Fillture

You can disconnect this integration at any time from the Settings page. You can also revoke access from your Google Account permissions.

5. Payments & Billing

Fillture uses Paddle as our Merchant of Record. All payments, invoicing, sales tax, and billing are handled by Paddle on our behalf. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

• Prices are displayed in your local currency where possible and include applicable taxes
• Paddle processes all payments securely. Fillture does not store your credit card or payment details
• You will receive invoices and receipts directly from Paddle

6. Subscriptions & Cancellation

• Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and auto-renew at the end of each billing period
• You may cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• After cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of the billing period you have already paid for
• Fillture reserves the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change applies to their plan

7. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all paid plans. If you are not satisfied with Fillture, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase or renewal.

• Refunds are processed by Paddle and typically appear within 5-10 business days

8. Your Content

You own the forms you create and the responses you collect. Fillture does not claim ownership of your content. You are responsible for ensuring your forms comply with applicable laws and that you have necessary consents from respondents.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Fillture for any unlawful purpose
• Collect sensitive personal information without proper consent
• Create forms that promote illegal activities
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Distribute spam or malicious content through forms

10. Intellectual Property

The Fillture platform, including its design, code, and branding, is owned by Fillture. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

Fillture is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of Fillture after changes constitutes acceptance.
